Hola. (That's hi in Spanish) That's me on the left. As you can tell from the picture, I'm a very skinny person, as well as being a 2-dimensional being. Unless you're from my school, you only know me as words on your computer screen. Remember that the next time you get frustrated with your computer

Graciasgiving Day

As most of you know, this past Thursday was Thanksgiving. It’s the time where you get together with your friends and family and stuff yourself with turkey. It’s fun.

Last week on Wednesday we had a half day (actually it’s 2/3 of a day) and I had gotten all of our friends together to go to Wendy’s for lunch. We walked there, had our lunch, talked, then left. We got back to one of our friend’s houses and my brother and I walked home from there. The next morning my Dad picked us up to go up to his house in New York. It took us about 45 minutes to get there. We didn’t do much for about 2 hours and then we left to go to my uncle’s house. When we got there all of our cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents were there. My brother and I went downstairs and all of our cousins played on the Xbox 360. My brother and I wanted to play Gears of War 2, but we couldn’t because it only supported 2 players. We all settled for Rock Band 2 instead. We played for a while then tried out Halo 3. After a few minutes of playing Halo, we were called up for dinner.

Thanksgiving dinner, the best meal of the year. There was turkey (dark and light meat), corn, carrots in brown sugar, creamed corn, broccoli, rolls, gravy, mashed potatoes, asparagus, green beans, and cranberry sauce. We said a prayer and the dinner started. I took some of everything except the asparagus or the cranberry sauce. It was so amazing and I went for seconds. After that, we hung out with our cousins until dessert. They had cookies, pies, and other assorted treats. The best there was the chocolate pudding pie. It’s a graham cracker pie crust filled with chocolate pudding and sometimes even whipped cream on top. It’s the best pie you could ever have. Some more time passed and we eventually had to leave.

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and had some great food.
