About Me

Hola. (That's hi in Spanish) That's me on the left. As you can tell from the picture, I'm a very skinny person, as well as being a 2-dimensional being. Unless you're from my school, you only know me as words on your computer screen. Remember that the next time you get frustrated with your computer

Talking

If you knew me, you’d know that I don’t talk too often. Up until last year, however, it was mostly because I was shy. Now that I’m not that shy anymore, it’s mostly because I don’t have anything to say.

Some people don’t seem to like that fact. I’ve actually been called “creepy” for not talking while I was playing on Xbox Live once. For some reason it’s creepy that someone isn’t talking. Does that mean that if I said every random thing that came to my mind just to hear my voice or get attention, I’m perfectly normal? That’s what it looks like. That’s fine, though. I’d rather talk less than talk a lot and regret saying something that I wouldn’t have said otherwise.

  2. It's called taciturnity. And quite frankly, I agree with you. Say what needs to be said - no more, no less. I hate listening to garrulous dribble, especially when it starts to border on magniloquence (Now see, that is the problem I have with the five paragraph essays we used to have to write. If someone responded to the question "Why should I keep this box of old junk?" with an essay, I would find it so exasperatingly pretentious.).

  4. Hmm... crees-tú-qué-no (do-you-not-think-so?/you-do-not-think-so?, roughly) backwards. ¿Quién es usted? Nunca he oído hablar de usted... (Who are you? I have never heard of you...)
